About Our Practice

This practice has been providing Orthopedic care to the Saddleback Valley since 1982. Dr. Nottage was specifically trained in arthroscopic surgery, having completed his own fellowship with Richard L. O'Connor, M.D.. We have had the opportunity to run an ACGME accredited Sports Medicine fellowship for 26 years, and offered an annual meeting for orthopedic surgeons, Shoulder Surgery Controversies, for many years.

Our fellows have gone into practice all over the United States, from New York to Hawaii and are continuing our legacy.

The majority of the office staff at our clinic have been part of our practice for many years, and recognizes and cares for our extended family of patients.
